DELIVERY TIMING

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date.

CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

Because we start processing your order as quickly as possible, we cannot make changes after it is placed. You may request the cancellation of your order within approximately 1 hour after placement.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We do not accept the goods corresponding to the order for return. This is due to the fact that purchases take place in American stores and we simply will not have time to return it to the USA in 14 days.

Please note that electronic goods such as gift cards or prepaid cards are not accepted for return.

Defects affecting the appearance, functionality or service life of the product are considered a defect for clothing. These can be, for example, embroidery, spots, holes or differences in shades of color.

A defect for shoes is any defects that prevent its wearing, proper fit on the foot, for example, irregularities on the sole and insole.

For both categories, traces of glue and loose threads are not a marriage. This is due to the peculiarity of factory production and the policy of the brands themselves, who consider such nuances to be the norm.

TIMING FOR A RETURN

To receive your refund to your original method of payment, your online return must be initiated within 7 days of the order shipment date.

SUBMIT AN ONLINE RETURN

There is a fixed return fee in the amount of RUB 599.90 per order. Returning online is the quickest and easiest option.

  • Sign into your USmall account and proceed to Orders/Returns.
  • Click the Order Details/Returns button that includes item(s) to return.
  • Within the Order Summary page, select ONLINE RETURNS
  • Select the check mark in the upper corner of the item being returned
  • Fill out the reasons for the return
  • Click Done
  • Click Next
  • Drop off the sealed package with original shipping label to Boxberry pickup point

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. Return tracking information will be available up to three days after mailing. You will receive an email once your return is processed. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for the credit to post to your account. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
