WHAT IT DOES

The blendable, buildable formula stays in place for up to 16 hours. Wear one shade all over the lid, pair matte and shimmer sticks, or layer with powder eyeshadow for custom eye looks.

HOW TO USE IT

Apply directly to the eyelid and blend out color with fingertips. Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify color. For a smoky look, use deep shades to draw along the lashline, and blend out with #25 Smudge Brush (sold separately).
