Suggested use
Stovetop: Add 3 cups of water. Simmer with lid 35 min. Stir occasionally. Cool before serving.
Pressure cooker: Add 1.5 cups of water. Cook on High, 20 min. Use natural release.
Rice cooker: Add 1.5 cups of water. Cook on auto setting or brown rice cycle, then add 30 min on warm setting.
One tsp ghee, olive oil, or fat/oil of choice can be added during cooking or used as a garnish after cooking along with avocado, yogurt, lime, cilantro, tomato, or dried fenugreek leaves, as desired.
