Все товары оригинальные. Мы не работаем с перекупщиками: выкупаем вещи напрямую в брендовых и стоковых магазинах — например в Macy’s — и в фирменных интернет-магазинах. После выкупа магазин отправляет товар на наш склад, а оттуда посылка едет вам. Индивидуальную упаковку одежды и обуви на складе не вскрывают, поэтому вы получаете ровно то, что прислал магазин.
USmall — маркетплейс американских, европейских и китайских магазинов. Мы выкупаем вещи напрямую в магазинах этих стран и везём их в Россию, поэтому у нас есть бренды, которые ушли с российского рынка. Посылки из США и Европы летят через транзитную страну — Германию, Турцию или Узбекистан, — проходят таможню в Москве и оттуда разъезжаются по пунктам выдачи.
Отменить заказ можно в течение первого часа после оплаты — самостоятельно в личном кабинете или через чат поддержки. Изменить уже оформленный заказ нельзя: поменять размер, цвет или убрать одну вещь не получится. Если нужны другие параметры, отмените заказ в течение часа и оформите новый. После первого часа вернуть товар можно только из-за брака или ошибки магазина — все условия собраны в разделе «Условия возврата».
Вернуть можно товар с браком или при ошибке магазина — если прислали не тот размер, цвет или модель. Если вещь просто не понравилась или не подошла по размеру, возврат не оформляется: товар не успеет вернуться в США за отведённый срок. При браке обратитесь в поддержку в течение 10 дней с момента получения заказа и приложите фото товара с бирками и видео вскрытия посылки.
Посылки дешевле 200 € проходят таможню бесплатно. Если заказ дороже, пошлина составляет 15%, причём начисляется не на всю сумму, а только на превышение лимита. К ней добавляется таможенный сбор 689 ₽ и комиссия таможенного брокера — 5% от суммы пошлины и сбора. Мы считаем пошлину до того, как посылка попадёт на таможню, и присылаем ссылку на оплату. Из США и Европы — 14–20 дней до Москвы и Питера и 20–25 дней до других регионов. Из Китая — от 10 до 25 дней. Срок складывается из выкупа товара, отправки магазином, перелёта с таможней и доставки до пункта выдачи. Большинство заказов едет в Москву и Питер, до дальних регионов дорога занимает больше времени. Оплата проходит онлайн, картами любых российских банков и картами платёжной системы МИР. Окно оплаты появится при оформлении заказа. Доставку вы оплачиваете вместе с товаром — её стоимость видна в корзине до подтверждения заказа. Таможенная пошлина, если она начислена, оплачивается отдельно и позже: мы пришлём ссылку на оплату в личный кабинет.
