Massage into skin and rinse.Body: Apply a small amount of soap on a wet washcloth or hands, lather onto wet skin and rinse.Hair: Apply a few drops for short hair or up to 1/2 Tbsp. for long hair. Can be either worked directly into wet hair or pre-diluted in a cup of water. Lather and rinse.Hands: Pre-dilute castile soap 1 part soap with 10 parts water.Bath: Pour approximately 2 Tbsp. soap in an average sized tub. (Doesnt bubble, but still cleans).
