Plus, its lightweight formula is suitable for all skin types, including oily skin!  Effectively melts away the most stubborn waterproof makeup, sunscreen, and other oil-based impurities such as excess sebum. Leaves no excess residue post-cleanse. The perfect cleanser for all skin types - including oily skin.   Rice water is a cherished natural ingredient that has been used for centuries in traditional Korean beauty. Directions Using 1-2 pumps, apply to dry skin, massaging in circular movements to dissolve makeup and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
