Thoroughly wash bottle and feeding utensils in hot, soapy water before each use. Use water from a safe source to mix with powdered infant formula. If you are not sure if your tap water is safe to use for preparing infant formula, contact your local health department or u se bottled water. If your baby is very young (younger than 3 months old), was born prematurely, or has a weakened immune system, contact your infant's pediatrician to find out if you need to take extra precautions in preparing your infant's formula.   1.  Refer to the table above and fill bottle wiht the desired amount of warm water. 2.  Using the enclosed scoop, add the indicated amount of powder to water in bottle. 2.  Cap the bottle and shake well until powder is dissolved.   Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use and storage instructions.
