Suggested use Ingredients5-6 Pancakes 15-18 Pancakes3/4 cup mixWhole Bag1/2 cup water1 1/4 cups waterTip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water.Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes.Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF. Lightly Oil the pan or griddle. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle. Cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown.Want Waffles? Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 1/2 cup of water, and I tbsp of oil. Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes. Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
