Holds the Eye Color Quad Refill and brush & tip applicator for seamless refilling and on-the-go application.

HOW TO USE IT

Remove existing Eye Color Quad Refill by hooking finger around the edge of the pan and pull out. To insert the refill, put it in the case and press lightly until it clicks.
