A typical cup of Oolong tea contains about 30-40mg of caffeine while a cup of coffee ranges from 100-180mg.  Suggested use Brewing Directions: Place one tea bag in a 6 fl. oz. (177 ml) cup, add hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten for taste-we recommend using Prince of Peace Honey Crystals.™Try It Iced: Pour 2 cups of hot water over 6 bags in a quart container. Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags.
