Suggested use This product is raw and must be cooked in order to enjoy its delicious flavor. Stovetop Cooking:Using a fine mesh sieve, thoroughly rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain. Combine rice, 1 % cup water or broth*, and 1 Tbsp. butter or oil (optional) in a 2 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil.Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 45 minutes. With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy.Tip: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, add 1-2 Tbsp. liquid* and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Rice Cooker: Tò prepare in a rice cooker, use the same rice to liquid ratio as stovetop instructions.
