Our Premium White Tea is made from hand-picked young leaves and tender buds that go through a special processing style for a richer aroma, a fuller body, and a darker color. White tea usually has a higher level of antioxidant content compared with green tea. 

A typical cup of white tea contains about 10-20 mg of caffeine while a cup of coffee ranges from 100 - 180 mg.

Brewing directions: Place on tea bag in a 6 fl. oz. (177 ml) cup, add hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten for taste - we recommend using Prince of Peace® Honey Crystals.™

Try It Iced: Pour 2 cups of hot water over 6 bags in a quart container. Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add 2 cups of cold water. Pour over ice.
