Proper formula preparation is required for maximum nutrition intake. Do not exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula. Make sure feeding and preparation equipment are fully sanitized.
Boil at least 2 cups of safe or filtered water. Pour the correct amount of boiled water into a cleaned and sterilized feeding bottle.
Add the exact amount of formula to the water in the bottle use the chart below for correct amounts of water and powder. Use scoop in tub to measure powder.
Cap the bottle and mix thoroughly until dissolved by gently shaking or swirling the bottle.
Immediately cool to feeding temperature by holding the bottle under cold running water or placing in a container of cold water. Check the temperature of the feed by dripping a little on the inside of your wrist. It should feel lukewarm, not hot.
