Suggested use
On training days, take 1 scoop with 10 oz (295 mL) of cold water 10 mins before exercise. Do not consume after 5 pm. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day.
On non-training days, take 1 scoop with 10 oz (295 mL) of cold water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day.
Avoid eating other foods or drinking a protein shake within 20 minutes after consuming OxyShred Hardcore.
