A multi-tasking foot file. The coarse side removes calluses and dry skin. The smooth side exfoliates and softens feet. 

1. Soak feet in warm soapy water. Lightly dry feet. 
2. Rub the coarse surface side of the file over rough callused skin in a side-to-side-motion. Use the smooth side in the same manner to smooth and polish skin. 
3. Rinse and lay flat to dry after each use.
