Animals who have been ill or who have a poor appetite might also need extra vitamin B supplementation. ThorneVet’s B ComplexVet contains the entire B complex in a formula with optimal bioavailability. B ComplexVet is also recommended for use in cats, dogs, and horses to help reduce the negative effects of stress. Unlike many B vitamin products, this product is not derived from yeast.   Most B vitamins, with the exception of vitamin B12, are not stored in a companion animal’s body; consequently, these vitamins must be supplemented in an animal health product in order to maintain optimal health.
