Directions Golden Cornbread 2 Eggs ½ cup melted Butter 1 cup Water 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Cornbread Baking Mix   Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter or oil 8-inch square baking pan.   Whisk together eggs, melted butter and water. Add cornbread mix and stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pant comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving.   Makes 12 servings.   Muffins Preheat over to 350°F. Oil or line a 12-cup standard muffin pan.   Follow mix instructions above. Fill cups ¾ full. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center muffin comes out clean, 18-22 minutes.
