Directions As a rejuvenating bath soak, after a workout or hard day with tired, sore muscles, in a warm bath, add 8 oz. of Epsom Salt and soak for 15-20 minutes.  As a revitalizing foot bath, add a half cup to a full cup of Epsom salt in a pail of warm water, soak for 15 minutes and feel the difference.
