Work together as a team to collect 6 Mindfulness Matches. A Mindfulness Match occurs when players offset a Life Challenge Card with a Mindfulness Card. Well known mindfulness techniques like Reading for Relaxation, Dragon Breathing, and Morning Routines are matched to life challenge cards like Can't Sleep, Unexpected Delays, and Hangry. Players roll the foam die and move that many places on the board. The player will land on wild, life challenge card, mindfulness card, or roll again. Pick the corresponding card and read it aloud.
