It is a very important step that is often skipped and reduces the benefit of facial care. The Restorative Toner ‘restores’ the skin to a normal pH balance and removes all residues from the surface. Wipe the face with a cotton pad soaked with Restorative Toner between every step, example: Cleanse, rinse and tone; Peel, rinse and tone; Scrub, rinse and tone; Mask, rinse and tone, etc. After the final tone a day or night cream is applied. Restorative Toner is a fresh Arctic seaweed and vitamin toner with extracts of calendula and elderflower.
