Suggested use

Shake well. Place 10-15ml of Guru Nanda® Pulling Oil in mouth. Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. Spit out and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth after using Pulling Oil. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining.
