The plate helps force weight down and out while adding tremendous rigidity in the heel. This version is made even better with an added rubber wrap on the side for support. This means you can scale any kind of rope climb with the same repeated velocity without worrying about wear and tear. The dual-density foam midsole has a firmer foam that goes around the edge of the midsole for more stability, while the softer foam provides extra cushioning.
