Uckele Zephyr’s Garden Hoof Conditioning Salve Horse First Aid features a potent mix of herbs and essential oils in a base of pure olive oil and unrefi­ned beeswax. Comfrey leaf helps support coronary band cell multiplication in the production of the hoof horn. It also helps maintain healthy tissue moisture and suppleness. Healthy circulation, cellular turnover and antioxidant action are supported by calendula flower and rosemary essential oil, while lavender essential oil and flower promote good circulation to the hoof. Apply as often as needed to areas of the hoof that need conditioning, including cracked heel bulbs. It can also be rubbed directly onto the coronary band to support healthy circulation.
