Each 1 scoop serving typically has over 5,300 mg of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Extra glutamine has also been added (467 mg per serving) to this blend. In addition, matcha green tea, a superfood with naturally occurring polyphenols, chlorophyll, and L-theanine has been included.
