1. Heat 1/2 cup of baby's usual milk or water. 
2. Add 1/4 cup of cereal. 
3. Stir well. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (98.6 ºF) before serving.

From 6 months, several types of grain can be added to baby's menu at once. This 4-grain mix brings variety to baby's plate, for a balanced diet from the very beginning.
