Directions You Will Need:   2 lbs. pork chops 1/2 cup olive oil 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar Mix packet contents with oil and wine vinegar Place pork chops in a sealable dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over pork. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat. Marinate 30 minutes or longer. Grill 6-8 minutes each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°-160°.   Tips: Substitute pork chops with portabellas: marinate and grill to desired doneness.
