Делала 2 заказа. В первый раз все прошло гладко. Во второй раз сделала большой заказ Бадов на 8, 5 тысяч рублей. Заказ разбили на 3 части. Третью часть на 3900 потеряли в Boxberry. При этом ту часть, клиорую я получила, в Boxberry числилась не полученной, а ту, что не получила, числилась, наоборот, выданной. Посылку не нашли в офисе. В результате на следующий день по истечении срока получения посылки, обьявили ее выданной в тот день, когда меня в офисе не было. Уже неделю ищут посылку. На сайте Usmall посылка получена, В результате посылку нашли через несколько дней. У Boxberry была смена юрлица, поэтому произошла накладка. Поволновалась, но все обошлось.
