Пока все устраивает. Иногда задерживается доставка, иногда очень быстрая. Из минусов: перевод на русский далеко не всегда соответствует действительности. Цвета частенько перевирают. Но можно пережить и ориентироваться на английский. Правда, у некоторых производителей отсутствует размерная сетка. Можно спросить в чате, но бывает, что и у них нет информации. Но это косяк производителя или магазина. А одинаковые размеры у разных производителей иногда весьма различаются. Один пока очевидный минус. Возврата нет. Так что, заказывать приходится только в том случае, если уверен в размере (например, знаком с размерной сеткой данного производителя), или небольшие отклонения будут несущественны, исходя из фасона. С обувью не рискую. Потом никуда это не деть.

Заказывал обувь. Доставка в срок, качество - на уровне, заявленным параметрам размерного ряда соответствует. Персонал полностью клиентоориентирован.
